Licenses

RapidHarness licenses are available for individual users, or for teams. All of our pricing is available on our Pricing Page, and you can contact us at customer-service@rapidharness.com if you have any questions.

Can I pay for RapidHarness for only the months where I use it?

Yes- our subscription options allow you to pay for RapidHarness for only the months you design your schematics (even if it is just one month of RapidHarness Standard which costs $199 USD)!

In the months when you cancel your subscription, you can still view/access/print your designs in a read-only mode. If you want to continue editing your designs at a later point, you can simply restart your subscription and continue editing. We have a lot of customers who use the monthly subscription in this fashion to keep their costs low.

When does my billing cycle start and end?

All subscription cycles are aligned to the day of theA month in which they are started (not with the 1st of the month). For instance, if you started a paid subscription on the 17th of this month, your subscription would be valid through and automatically renew on the 17th of next month.

What happens when a licensed user leaves the Team?

You can always contact us when a user leaves your Team or a project and we can transfer the license to another user for you. This transfer may take approximately 1 business day but is often much faster!

Can the same license be used on two different machines simultaneously?

No- if you need one more users needing a license at the same time you will need to buy two individual licenses or a team license.

I have an individual license can I upgrade to a team license?

Yes- contact us at customer-service@rapidharness.com and we can set you up with a new team license and prorate the remaining portion of your individual license!
